James is the Managing Principal of Lowe Capital Management LLC. He is responsible for all aspects of operations including idea generation, deal sourcing and transaction execution.
Prior to founding Lowe Capital, James was with Baird Capital, a lower middle market private equity group based in Chicago, IL. James focused on U.S. based investment opportunities in the industrial, commercial and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Baird Capital’s U.S. Private Equity team in 2011, James worked in investment banking with J.P. Morgan focusing on M&A, debt and equity offerings and strategic advisory for industrial, commercial, auto and build products clients. His responsibilities included detailed financial analysis and valuation, deal execution, due diligence and industry and company research.
James earned his BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Case Western University.
